Return/Refund Policy
With less then a 2% return rate chances are you will never need to return any of Vapor Gurus quality e cigarettes, but here is policy if you need to return an e cigarette starter kit or accessory.
All Non-Free Offer Vapor Guru E-Cigarette Starter Kits have a 14 day return policy. Free e-cig offers are non refundable.
All Kits returned must be packaged exactly has it was when it was received. Any missing/damaged parts or packaging materials (except free e-juice) will result in a denial of refund . Return/Refund will not receive a refund of the any shipping charges paid. Returns/Refunds that were shipped free shipping will be refunded $3.50 less the total refund. Priority shipping charges requested on orginal order will not be refunded for returns. Return Package must be post dated by or on the 14th day of the post date of the original package. If a package is received with a post date after the 14th day, it will result in product being mailed back at purchasers request. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the returner.
You must email us at vaporgurus@vaporgurus.com once you decide you want to process a return for return instructions. Kits returned without an email will be denied and returned to you.
Any defective equipment will be replaced at no cost within the first 30 days except atomizers/Cleamoizers . Atomizers will only be replaced if it defective when it arrives contact us at the email address above and we will replace it at no cost.
All Vapor Gurus Batteries and Chargers have a 30 day warranty against manufacture defects. If you believe your battery/Charger is defective please contact us at support@vaporgurus.com . We will work with you to resolve the issue. If it can't be resolved we will have you mail it back to us and after inspection if there is no physical or liquid damage to the battery we will fix or replace the defective item.
*e-juice/e-liquid is not returnable due to it can be contaminated
